09 Justin: The best place to be is when expectations are high. Get used to it. It's always going to be that way. Get away! Jake: Welcome to Jet Kingdom Bobcats. while I was running New York Jets podcast ever. I'm Jake and joining me for the 155th time, Justin, on this very warm Friday afternoon. Fucking hot. Here in the Times Square studio. It's so hot. Damn hot. We don't have a lot to talk about, but we haven't been on for two weeks, so we feel like we feel bad. We feel kind of like a little bad. A little bad. And we're not gonna be doing next week because you're on BayK or wherever you're going. So, um, so we thought we'd get on and do a little podcasting, and we have some rankings, basically. We do. So I thought we'd talk about the two of them. Let's talk about the first one first, the second one. Second the first one on our list. No the second one on our list first. So yeah, so let's talk about so Jaworski Ron Jaworski jaws jaws. Yes over the last month has been doing a A I guess a segment on a sports center that he's been running down the top 30 quarterbacks in the NFL. And he had, I think he had Tebow at 30? He had Tebow at 32. 32, okay. And he had Sanchez at 23. And you can find this on YouTube, you can find it on ESPN.com, you can find it on... Tebow was 30, yes. Tebow was 30. So you can find it, you know, you can find it out there. You can search for it on the web. We just watched... the Sanchez segment. Yes. And I think it was very fair. It was fair. He gave him kudos on certain things and I think where he gave him kudos saying he's a good play action quarterback, he throws a nice ball over the middle, throws a nice ball on the seam. Right. Accurate. He does those things well. Messes his reads, screws up reads when he when the first when he has to like reload. Yep. Doesn't throw on the run when it's a broken play very well. Gets a little shaky. Doesn't throw to the outside and doesn't hit like big plays That are designed like big play down the field throws which I mean he had one example But I don't I don't know that that's true because I've seen him hit big plays down the field Yeah, and I don't know if we really have big play receivers to make big plays down the field so much But I think in general 23 is probably about right. I think it's not, to me it's not where you're ranked. Ah, stop. That's the point. I was looking to see who's around it. That's the point. It's not where he's ranked. 23, 23 is great. 23 out of every person on the planet. Well, 23 out of 32 is not great.
01 Jake: Well, that's what I'm saying. And it's always about who's above him. So who's like 20, 21, 22. Where's Josh Freeman as an example? So let's go. So Tim Tebow 30. Oh, you're gonna ask me to count backwards? I'm gonna go down, I'm gonna go from 30 down to Sanchez. And then go up from Sanchez and see if you think that any of these guys should be above or below Sanchez. Why don't you do it better? Why don't you just randomly pick names and I'll say if he should be above or below. Above or below Sanchez. Great, I'm gonna pick ball start easily. Tim Tebow, above or below Sanchez. All right, very good. When I say below, meaning a higher number. Yeah, well yes a higher number above Andy Dalton I Feel like Jaws probably has What has what should I I would I I can't put him above him. I got to put him below him personally. Okay, because he's only been in the league one year Fine, he made the playoffs, but then they lost. Right, okay, he's above, he's number 19. Yeah, I think that's crazy. Alex Smith. I put him above Sanchez. And he is, he's number 16. Ryan Fitzpatrick. He is below, he's one below. Matt Castle. That's a tough one. They should be right next to each other. They are, but he's above. He's one above. He's 22. Carson Palmer. Below. He's shit. He is above. He's above. That's crap. That's stupid. Blaine Gabbard. Way below. Is on this list. He should be last. He should not be on this list. Well, if Tebow's last, he should be second last. He is second last. What? I would put Tebow above Blaine Gabbard. What did Blaine Gabbard do last year to T-bo-do? That's a little stupid. T-bo should be above Blaine Gabbard. Blaine Gabbard was awful. Here's an issue I want. Matt Flynn. Matt Flynn. Two fucking games. He's gotta be below, right? He's below. Yeah. So both Matt Moore. He... Hmm. I'd put him below, but I bet Jaws has him above. He did not. He's below. Yeah, he should be below. Cam Newton. He's above. And he should be. He... Unlike Dalton, Cam Newton is on a whole other level. Four wins. He's on a whole other level. Still, I think he has more than that, but he's on a whole below. He's above. That's bullshit. He's above... You want to talk about a guy who had... If you want to say Sanchez, she's on a whole below. This guy had a worse year. Yeah, a worse year than Santa. And he's not been as good as Santa. That's stupid. Way above. Yeah, so Stafford right now is number 14 out of the list. Oh, I put him above that too. I think that's too low for him. So I'm just going to do the list from worst to first. Four to 14. Tim Tebow, 30. 29. Blaine Guyvert, 28. Kristin Ponder. Okay. This guy has done nothing. nothing. She, I should, I again, I'm not a huge fan, T-Boat, but he-
11 Jake: then Ryan Fitzpatrick, then Mark Sanchez, then Matt Castle. These are also, everybody now is above Mark Sanchez. Better than Mark Sanchez. These are better quarterbacks. Matt Castle, Carson Palmer, Sam Bradford, Andy Dalton, Matt Hasselback, Josh Freeman, Alex Smith. I can make an argument that he should be above almost every quarterback that you just named. Like these guys are all to me very similar, but I feel like that's where you take He's been in the league three years and has won the games that he's won and has never had a losing season and all those things combined and And that should figure in a little bit like Hasselback. I get he's veteran, but at this point in their careers Like I don't know what this list is supposed to be. I think say it's it's sandra cubie count down to that Like Sam Bradford shouldn't be above On the stars of 2012 he shouldn't really be above. Above him on this list He played one year as a rookie went seven and nine and played like I don't know half the season last year And maybe won one game. So like I don't see how he belonged above Yeah, I mean this is, here's the thing, this is, this is, this is, um, this is, uh, Jaws' QB. Spit it out. Well, Jaws' QB, Jaws wants to look at QBs as like, from the functional, right, what they can do on the field. Not what they've done, right? Because in some ways, if it's what they've done, then Team Keybo's above almost all of these people. From what they've done. That's it for this video, and I'll see you next time. What have you done? Your win losses? Your ability to win a game? Tim Tebow's gotta be above all those people. I mean, Tim Tebow's won more games than Blaine Gafford, Christian Ponder, Matt Flynn, Matt Moore, Kevin Cobb probably, maybe close. Ryan Fitzpatrick, no. Mark Sanchez, no. Matt Castle, no. Castle's a winner. Sam Bradford, Andy Dalton. Well, no, Andy Dalton in his rookie season last year took a... Cincinnati Bengals team and took them to the playoffs. Tim Teples won more games than Cam Newton. Yeah. Yeah. So anyway it's not about wins. This is about I think structure like your quarterback presence. That's why on the top of this list is gonna be Peyton Manning, the king of all Peyton, the king of all quarterbacks. I think Aaron Rodgers will probably be number one on that list. Speaking of number one, so that's all right now we get to play this game reverse all right I get all right, so you gotta hide your screen. Yeah, I'm gonna turn this a little so as of you know this week The top 100 NFL top 100 players list is out. Yeah, this is the list. We've been talking about the one through ten is out When I looked at the list when it was 11 through 100 I was able to get
00 Jake: 9 of the 10. I was missing a guy. And I could not think of who it was. I was trying to do it. Could not get it. And it turned out to be number 10. Who I couldn't get. And it was Patrick Willis. Okay. He's really good. Is he top 10? I don't know. Terrell Suggs is 11. Where was Patrick Willis last week? What did Patrick Wells do last year to go from 23 to 10? He anchored the best defense in the league. Good enough. Good answer. Good answer! I like it. Middle linebacker on the best defense in the league. Fucking like the answer. Good answer. But he's 10 and guess what? Terrell Suggs- Both linebackers, WiseSugs11 and Patrick Willis10, I think I can answer that with number 9, who's Hulodi Nada. Okay. So the Ravens have Hulodi Nada 9, 2-0-0-5, and then 11, we have 20 and Ed Reed at 16. We have 4, we have 20, from last year, like 20. So he went, but they have 4 defenses. starters in the top 20 players in the league. That's pretty good. So that's probably why Suggs didn't make it in the the top 10, because they just had so many Ravens up there that people... I don't remember, let's go back to the rules. The rules is players voting on players. I know. So... To me, Nada is the best of those four at this point now. Yeah, I was about to say... Not career, but right now. like If you were to say you can have any of these guys now I take a lot of non over subs at this Yeah, right this minute. Oh, yeah for your team for the Jets. Fuck. Yeah You throw a loading out of where Cioni pua plays and we're a much better defense. Nothing against pua, but he's You can't block you can't not a pua. Yeah, whatever what so number eight. I did not like 8, 7, or 6. Okay, are you playing a game where you ask me questions or no? Well, do you want to guess? I mean, you know, 8 Adrian Peterson. He was 3 last year. That's where this ranking turns into a naming game. There's so many running backs on this list. And there was 15 running backs in the top 100. And I can't, I just don't buy that. I think this is where this ranking becomes a little bit And you're gonna continue your thought on number seven Because he was hurt for a lot of the season, he really didn't produce Well not a lot, but he- Well, three or four games You're right, he didn't do Adrian Peterson things At all! He wasn't AP at all in terms of- And they were a losing team If you ranked the running backs from last year. He wouldn't be... Well, he was the top running back. But he wouldn't have been in any category. No. So, he's Jones Drew is the next top. So, that's what I'm saying. So, if you ranked by stats, by touchdowns, by yards, by games play, if you ranked every ranking of running backs last year,
03 Jake: he doesn't make any of those rankings, and yet he's the best? Like how is he the best? That's don't matter to the players. They're like that guy is just the best and since they had Christian pondir playing quarterback and no wide receivers on that team You can just say alright. We're gonna stop Adrian Peterson, and they did Trust me alright, so seven slurry Fitzgerald I mean he's best where any wide receivers above him there are okay. Where was he last year? I don't know. I don't feel like he was the game. He doesn't have it on his Thing so as a rank life. It's Gerald must have been ranked like it some of these screenshots have like they're place last year some of them don't i don't know if i can click on them and maybe it'll show anyway so larry fitch cherald seven demarcus where six last year he was 12 i mean he had a great year yeah he was like a sack machine yeah again tarel sugs defensive player of the year 11 and they play the same position hmm interesting Interesting. Yeah, okay. So still not a jet. Well, right, but we know we have one and number five Dorell Rebus fifth best best player in the entire NFL nice time for this to come out right when he's ready for a contract Contract dispute. All right, so he was 8 last year and he's 5 this year and he's the best defensive player in the league. He was off by 1 last year. Ray Lewis and Ed Reed were ahead of him last year. I would just love to know statistically, did Ed Reed and Ray Lewis drop by that much? statistically from year to year or did revis because of just like Did Reavis get better? I don't feel like he even had his best year last year. Like I feel two years ago was Reavis' best season I've seen. Not this past year. Rex Ryan's first year was I thought was like whoa. Okay, last year he allowed one touchdown. Yeah, I mean that's but that's him That's one fucking touchdown and last year he actually had more and every year he stacked up against the best The best the best wide receiver on every team single covered single cover and he allowed one touchdown and and really I remember the play I still remember and it was a bad. It was just like a bad He said it was Rex Rex told him to play off play off fucking the bad defense. He played up on him. That's an interception I'm literally that's not a touchdown. It would have been like um and he had well he had a better He had a better statistical year because he had interceptions. He scored touchdown right statistically But statistic for a corner is like but like you remember he won a few games right the dallas game
00 Jake: He had that interception the dolphin game picked a hundred yard interception So he made like a couple more play. So all right, so fine. That's awesome All right. So now we're in the top four all offense three quarterbacks You want to guess? So let me just get, let me go to number three. Okay, you're skipping over four. I'm skipping over four because one, two, and four are quarterbacks. Okay. Three is a wide receiver. It's Calvin Johnson. Fine. Hard to argue with. Hard to argue with that, right? But Larry Fitzgerald versus Calvin Johnson in how close they are, I feel like statistically they're not that close to each other. I feel like statistically if you said, okay, top two wide receivers on the planet right now of this of last year I don't think I would have said those two. You said Larry Fitzgerald's number two? Probably. I mean, I can't really necessarily I don't know if I'm thinking I think you're now thinking fantasy statistically. I'm thinking what he did on the field Yeah, but he's There's different circumstances that I feel like Larry Fitzgerald Being like the only receiver on that team with shit quarterback play still puts up crazy numbers Like if you had Matt Stafford Instead of Kevin Cobb slash John Skelton Maybe and plays in a dome half the time which I guess he does anyway, you know Put up crazy numbers And what did he do last year? So Larry for sure, 1,411 yards. That's a shit ton of yards. Four players, three players above him. Neither one of them up there. Well, one of them is above there. Who's above them? Victor Cruz. Okay. I think Victor Cruz didn't get as high, probably because it was a one year thing. Yeah, but he's up here. He's on this list. Also, but by receptions, everybody else has more than him. Um, let's see, touchdowns. I mean, touchdowns, I think, are important. He had eight touchdowns. That's a good amount for a receiver. Yeah, Jordy Nelson at 15. Yeah, but Larry Fitzgerald's way better than Jordy Nelson. And guess what? Jordy Nelson has Greg Jennings on the field. He's got Jermichael Finley on the field. He's got Donald Driver on the field. He's got James Jones on the field. Oh, and guess what? He's got Aaron Rodgers throwing on the ball. Vincent Jackson, nine. Bye. Last year well Plaxigo at eight. Are you gonna say plaxigo's as good as Larry Fitzgerald because he caught it same amount of touchdown You know You know Actually, I think his overall But West Walker and Victor Kuth have better stats. Yeah, I think West Walker gets the shit end of this. Because he does. Because of like the position he plays. Because of the position. Like he plays like slot, like he doesn't get the respect because he's a slot receiver, but he's fantastic. He's he's he's in the top 30 though. So he's he's 23. I mean, all right. So there's three quarterbacks in the top four. Okay. Do you want to take a stab at ranking them?
03 Jake: One, two, and four? Well, I know that one is... You know who they are, right? No, no. You know who the three are. Well, who are the three? There's three top quarterbacks. Who are they? Oh, Brady, Rodgers, and, and, and, uh, Breeze. Those are the three. Okay. So rank them one, two, and... well, one, two, three. Even though one of them is four. I can't rank to this because it's just ridiculous. This isn't a... Justin: Oh, rank them yourself. Jake: I'm gonna rank them... Here's how I rank them. I'm gonna rank them as if I could swap out Mark Sanchez or Tim Tebow. If I could swap out Tim Tebow to the backup quarterback for the New York Jets for the 2012 season. You can do it two ways. You can do it. Swap out. it. swap out for the Jets or we're going to the Super Bowl and we have to play against this guy who do we not want to like rank that oh okay who are you most scared of basically who am I most scared of Tom Brady I'm just most scared of Tom Brady and that's the one that you'd want on the Jets I his consistency Rogers is great his consistency and now he hasn't had as much time as Tom Brady Breeze too like Breeze had some just As a team that has won the AFC champion for eight out of nine years, that's the Patriots, with every team in the world trying to stop him. And I think as we talk about it, we put him and Manning as one of the two best quarterbacks to ever play the game. How could you not rank him the best? So you got Brady won. I think Brady's won. So Brady was won last year. I can't imagine if not one missing going Then for the years they had I mean Rogers had a phenomenal year I mean that team was just a Dominating and it was a shitty defense and they just dominated so I think that he I think he comes in two and then Breezes for whatever it is. So Rogers was one Yeah, I just don't see that Breeze was two and Brady was four And I feel like that's a little backlash because Brady was one the year before right and like maybe they just didn't want to Have one away But to me players are voting so you're a player you've got a number one last year like you know what we'll give you Roger's number one. I mean Rogers was the MVP But to me, I mean I mean shit, we see Brady twice a year so we know how good he is. He's fucking scary. When he drops back to pass and then he releases it, you're like, ah fuck. Like when he throws it, you're like, ah fuck. Like before anyone's near it, the ball's in the air, you know it's going to Welker or Gronk or whatever. Wait, what are your perceptions last year? Rogers, Breeze, or Brady? Probably Breeze. I'm guessing. I don't have the stats in front of me. And then... Brady. Yeah, do you know that Tom Brady had double the amount of interceptions and Roger Rogers had 6. Rogers had a silly year. 6. He had like 40 touchdowns and 6 interceptions or something.
00 Jake: 45 touchdowns, 6 interceptions. Yeah, it was just an insanely good year. But DuBreeze had more touchdowns, 46 touchdowns. Well a to me, Breeze also broke the all-time passing record. right for yards. I get the one too Aaron Rodgers Drew Brees I totally get it it's just hard for me as a Jets AFC East fan who sees Brady play all the time again I get it to say that he's not the best player. But when you say when you say so when you say you all want to play and I think this is why when you rank them you rank them always different it's like what do you rank that player for what he did last year or do you rank that player for who he is and what you want on your team. Talking about who I want on my team I'm taking Tom Brady. I'm taking Tom Brady on my team. I've seen what he've done. I've seen what he's destroyed He's been in more playoffs one more players and all these fuckers put together probably he's one more playoff games Then both of those guys put together and you know what he's still gonna what those guys have won the Super Bowls Yeah, they both won and Tom Brady's won three totally He's win he's Tom Brady's won more The quarter the Super Bowls then both of them combined he's lost more than them too. Yes. Yes Not a knock on him though. Nothing. There's getting there's getting the five super bowl. I've told you if the Jets make this Just make the Super Bowl. I'll be crying the Jets win the Super Bowl. I don't know what's gonna happen Show yourself. All right depression deep deep depression Yeah, I don't know. I mean I think that's the list That's the top ten and the Jets were not very well represented on this list. They had one player You know, it was funny cuz we were we have one other is two players No one Tim Tebow, but he doesn't count Tim Tebow and and and Revis or two players that's it that's the top 100 you you sort by jets but what happened to what happened by jets you got Reavis and Tebow what happened to uh what happened to Nick mangle no mangled on this list that's no D break on this list D break I understand mangle that oh mangle miss he missed the three games I don't know in the league They missed he missed three games. I don't know the best center in the league. He's not the all-pro Marquis pouncey is If you do position right, let's see if there's a center position It's probably one there's not there's offensive lineman. Okay, so there's on this list There's one two, three four five. There's ten offensive lineman on the list Yeah, which essentially means there's at least ten offensive lineman in the league better than Nick mangled according to the players The top offensive lineman was Jari Evans, number 32. He's a guard for the uh...looks like the Saints. Really? Yeah. Any centers? Marquis Pouncey, 49 is the center. Um, Ryan Khalil is the center, he's 99. Okay. So it's a drop it to centers to centers and you drop off big drop off 40 something 99 49 to 99 So he could have been 101 he could have been 101. I mean, I don't know how how One of those guy. I mean Sanchez took a lot of knocks. They didn't run the ball as well
02 Jake: I mean, I kind of get it. Yeah, and nobody else really I mean I mean if you ask jet fans like Who's like, aside from Rebus, who's like the best player on the defense and it's a good defense, you'd say David Harris. Right. And who really knows David Harris outside of like, Jet Circles. Right. And he's not a big name. No. He's not Patrick Willis. Like he's not a big name guy who's really known. They don't really have a sack guy. It's like there's no like there's no like defensive lineman Defensive end like Pierre Paul or human euro or talk who like right get sacks and people know And on the offense they're often sucked. I mean they didn't I mean their best player on their offense is their lineman And their skill players. I mean Holmes had a shit year Sean Green you ran for a thousand yards, but that's not that impressive That's like 60 something yards a game if you play every game. That's not crazy good. Tomlinson didn't do anything Tosten Keller had a good year, but I mean we had a good year sure but like there were there a lot of good tight ends Well tight ends well also it's a crazy position because there's a tight end hoop There's only tight end records and there were only five tight ends on this list and they're all better than Dustin Keller uh... Jimmy Graham was the highest rated tight end. That's crazy. Gronkowski was next. Gronkowski, that's weird. Because Gronkowski's a bet, had, had a phenomenal year last year and they're gonna rank Jimmy Graham over it. I feel like they're very close. Statistically. Gronkowski had 17 touchdowns. I know, that's insane. That's insane. How many did Jimmy Graham have? 11, that's not close. How many yards? The yards is very close 13, 27 to 13, 10. That is insane from a tight end. 17 touchdowns. I don't know why he's not ahead of him. Yeah, that's crazy. Vernon Davis was 43. Tony Gonzalez was 53. Statistically, Vernon Davis is... has less touchdown than, one more touchdown than Dustin Kaller, less yards. I mean, statistically he's way down on the pack. So I mean, I don't know. And then Jason Witten, Tony Gonzalez was 53. I feel like that's a buddy-buddy pick, because I, I don't feel like he had that good of a year. Seven touchdowns, 875 yards. I guess that's pretty darn good. That's not bad. Justin: For an old man, that's really good. Jake: Yeah, I mean wait, I don't think yeah Jason Whitten he was 75 five touchdowns That's what you want out of your tight end is touchdowns down in the red zone I don't know how you I don't know why Graham was ahead of Gronk. It doesn't make sense I think that's a personality thing. I think it might be wrong I think they don't like he's a bit of a pompous jerk bit of a pompous jerk the dancing the thing the You know, the losing in Super Bowl. I don't know. I think that that's a that's a fuck you to talk Really that's statistically just it's not they're both and they're both second year players like it's not like, you know They're very well, they're very close in everything but touchdowns, right? How many receptions did each of them have?
04 Jake: Uh 90 to 99 so jimmy graham had more but that's even worse. He had more. He had 99 receptions less 1300 yards. Yeah, holy fuck Yeah, that's a monster season. Yeah, so Rob your house had 90 Justin: I'm just saying both of them had a monster monster seasons Jake: Rob had bet had less receptions, but more yards a better average a better yards per game a better average Not long who cares yards have to carry blew him 7.4 to 4.9 Uh, first down? Let's just say this list isn't exactly scientific. Yeah, it's just not even close. It's not even close. Anyway, we're happy to have one guy on the list, and I guess T-Bo counts. We have one and a half guys on the list. You didn't really do it as a jad. Just let's throw it up there. What would it take for Mark Sanchez to be on the list next year? Um... What do you want me to throw out? Stats? Just what do you think needs to happen? That Mark Sanchez makes this list next year. He's considered a second tier if not third tier quarterback. Well, let me just see... Let me just see like... I want to throw like... Let me see if Alex Smith is on this list. Show me the quarterback's on this list. He's not. So the quarterback's on this list. T-Bo. Tony Romo's 91. Yeah, this is where it's gonna be very but like flacko 74 So if he has a season like flacko had where not great Unspectacular but makes they've seen championship game again or the Super Bowl or something along those lines I mean Mike Vick 70 so like When you say Mike Vick is 70 that's hard for Sanchez to get on this list Right Vick is on more quarterbacks Phil Rivers Had a horrible year. I mean Peyton Manning, he didn't play. So I wasted it was not play. I guess. Matt Stafford, Cam Newton, Eli Manning, Ben Rautisberger, Brady Breeze-Rogers. Yeah, so not a lot. That's like 10? Not a lot of quarterbacks. It's 13 quarterbacks, one of which didn't play. But he'll be on the list. So you basically have to be in the top. you have to be in the top 12 top top 12 or 13 so yeah but even though like like t-bo's on this list but matt ryan's not so like that's the jump right like matt ryan didn't make this list matt ryan can't win can't let play yeah but still you you know he's a good quarterback and he makes Matt shop is on this list. Matt shop is one of the most consistent quarterbacks a lot But if you want to do your stats thing Yeah, I can't then you can't go to well, he doesn't win playoff games So you had can't have it sort of both ways. I want it both ways Well, you can't but if you look at like, you know, if you look at Matt Ryan, I'm sure he had very good statistics What's very good throw a number up that? 4000 plus yards done 27 plus touchdowns. Done. Less than 15 interceptions. Done. That's a good year. That's a good year. What'd he do? He did 4,177 yards, 29 touchdowns, 12 interceptions.
03 Jake: That's a great year. What was his rating? 92.2. That's pretty darn good. And he didn't make this list. So you can tell me Sanchez can do that. I'm not sure Not in this like mumble actually had a lot at the 31 touchdowns. Yeah in a good year I don't think he's like thinking great grief, but he's a really good quarterback. Yeah Uh, but like sanchez isn't throwing for 4000 yards Let's put it this way if sanchez throws for 4000 yards something went wrong because he It's not gonna be designed that way. Alright, so Flacco. We think he's in the Flacco. In the Flacco range, but he probably threw for close to 4,000 yards. 35, 92, Sanchez had 34, 74, so it's like 100 yards off. Right around there. Yeah, 26 touchdowns versus... 26, I know Sanchez had, right? 20 touchdowns for...yeah, 26 versus 20. Right. 12, intersection versus 18. It's the winning. It's the winning. Yeah., theG Really, so I'll put it that way win I think it's above 90 you get him you get Sanchez up in a winning game playoff bound playoff team and 90 reading plus reading That's hard for him and he's never been last year is his highest ever rating. What was it? 78.2 I don't think it was high as I think he was and I went down from he's always know his ratings always He's always moved forward. He's never regressed. He's always moved forward all his stats have always gotten better Yes, 63 75 78 this is ratings Yours completion point is always done under 34 so there's one game what's his completion percent? It's probably in the 50s still uh percentage 53.8 54.8 56.7 yeah that's got to be in the 60s you get in the 60s you're in much better shape touchdowns 12 17 26 good interceptions 20 13 18 that's where it goes down people who really don't like that interception and the fumble's lost and fumbles lost because it's three one eight total turnovers no good eight right I almost lost. I don't feel like... A lot of sacks. I don't remember. I don't feel like I don't remember. I do. Oh, well I remember something. Three of them were that Baltimore game. Yeah, that was no fun. Um... If you took out that Baltimore game, I wonder what his stats would look like. Well, it's like, rating was like a zero. He threw like two interceptions. That was a bad game. That was bad. But the two... So here, he's gotta not have those games too. Alright. Because those games, like, you gotta be a little more consistent. Alright, so what we're looking forward to for Sanchez this year, above 60% passer rating? We'd love that. A percentage change? We'd love that. I think that can happen. Above 4,000 yards? Not gonna happen. Yards per game is not gonna go up. Touchdowns? I feel like he should throw 25 to 30 again. I think he'll be, I think he gets to 25, we'll be happy because I think it's gonna be up. Maybe it's like when Danny won't have the plaques go to just throw those touchdowns just hill. Yes. Yeah Well, that's not a fair comparison and then a quarterback rating. Yeah in the 80s 90s would be nice again
01 Jake: It's all about the that's again. There were some good quarterbacks that did not make this last. Yeah. Yeah Alright, well that wraps it up That's enough to keep you going for a couple weeks because we'll be back in probably two weeks We got the start of what's up next in we got the start of training camp the end of July We have the road to Canton, end of July, Curtis Martin being inducted, and what else we got coming up. I guess that's really it. That's it. It's kind of a slow time for NFL. Alright, so we'll probably be back in July with another one or two, and then we'll get ready as we kick into our thing. And also, remember, we'll be starting our... in July. Maybe we have to promise for next episode, we'll be starting our next... We have to figure out the fancy. I think we've done it. We just have to kind of... Yeah, we have to like get people into it. Do it. We have to do it. We have to just do it. We have to just do it. Alright. So, uh, until then, and as always... Just do it. No. Go Jads. You
